I received my amethyst crystal today. I’m keeping on my desk at home, because it may offend some at my office. If I am feeling spicy during the Zoom meeting, I shall hold my crystal in the palm of my hand to help me calm down.

I brought these for my son . He wears them to work and loves them . He's a 1st year apprentice chef all the other chefs have a laugh when he walks in and say we know the feeling. As a boy who is quite and very shy it's a good ice breaker for him to start conversation so by this it's given him so much more confidence yes it's weird but as a mother to see her child happy and confident is a great feeling as a parent .
